The Pam King HAEA Scholarship Program is available to US citizens with a confirmed HAE diagnosis (a letter from a licensed physician is required) who will be enrolled in an undergraduate educational institution, or who are already enrolled in an undergraduate institution. Your application will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee, an independent adjudicatory board with no HAEA affiliation. Scholarships will be awarded based on a combination of financial need, academic effort, and individual educational goals. Awards will be sent directly to the institution that the student is attending and (depending on the institution's financial aid policies) may be used for tuition, books, and room and board.
Applications must be submitted on-line using the link below. All applicants will be notified by email regarding the results of the selection process. If you are awarded a scholarship, you must reply via email to accept your scholarship within 30 days of being notified or your award will be forfeited. Once your acceptance is received, payment will be provided in the form of a check made payable to the institution attended.
