Physician Letter

Traveling, being away from your treating physician, or being faced with going to an unfamiliar Emergency Room for an HAE attack can be nerve-wracking.

Click on the document icon to view a sample letter that you can take to your HAE treating physician.  Ask him/her to fill it out, personalizing it with your own HAE treatment plan specifics, and add his/her emergency contact information so that you can carry the letter with you – whether on a long distance trip or just to the local ER.
