The UK Consensus document (see link below) can provide US clinicians with a definitive, reliable, scientifically-based overview of HAE genetics, pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment. Of course, C1INH concentrate is not licensed in the United States, so those sections of the document are of interest, but not relevant.
