Patient ID Card

The US HAEA has wallet-sized tri-fold ID cards available for our patients. The card contains a brief description of HAE and the risk associated with laryngeal swelling. There will be a box provided for your physician to include additional information as he/she sees fit. Carry your card with you and be sure to get one for each of your HAE-affected family members.
